Anticipatory Bail Granted to Son & Mother in the Matter of sec 406 & 420 of IPC for defrauding of Rs.14,05,000

Adv.Sattyajeet Karale Patil represented the Accused mother and son.

An FIR was filed for defrauding of Rs. 14,05,000 /- with Manpada police station in November 2021. The Accused person was missing since then. The Police summoned to the wife and son of the Accused and framed charges against them.

Accused mother and son applied for the Anticipatory bail before Kalyan District & Sessions court through High Court Advocate Sattyajeet Karale Patil.

Karale Patil presented all the available evidences and argued on the intention on the Accused. For framing the charges under sections 406 & 420 of IPC malafied intention of the Accused to be proved. But the prosecution failed to prove so.
Also the court considered that the actual money was taken by the Father who is missing since 2021 and granted the Anticipatory Bail to the Accused on the surety bond of Rs 15000 each.

Along with Adv.Sattyajeet Karale Patil, also Adv.Swati Mishra, Jatin Ashrani, Gayatri Singh, Madhu Kaveri, Nakshatra Dhakar, Mahenoor Khan and Yashika Nikam represented the Accused.

Next hearing of this matter has been kept on 24/04/2022.
