Vaishali Khemka has been the leading content curator, marketing strategist that has helped brands, production houses, biggest celebrities in the country elevate in the digital arena.
Hailing from Mumbai, having worked in various agencies, Vaishali comes with a strong expertise in brand building and digital campaigns. She is attributed for helming the entire content piece for “Bhushan Kumar’s Tseries” wherein the ace producer campaigned to make Tseries as the World’s no.1 YouTube channel. The campaign was a massive success, influenced millions of Indians, crowning Tseries as the World’s no.1 YouTube channel defeating independent content creator PewDiePie.
The ace content strategist has also helmed content strategy for the likes of Deepika Padukone, Hrithik Roshan, Aamir Khan, Prabhas, Shraddha Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, Radhika Apte, Jacqueline Fernandes amongst others.
Vaishali stated, “I am very grateful to the divine power for always guiding me. My goddess Shri Rani Sati Dadiji has been the guiding force, constantly empowering my family. I still recall being questioned about my professional choices wherein people raised eyebrows when they found out I was pursuing my post graduation in Media and Entertainment. I would like to express my deep gratitude to my parents, Rekha and Vishwanath Khemka, my sister Ambika, my brother in law Divesh Jiju, my younger brother Vasu, my mamaji Ashok Khaitan and my brother Sunil Saraf, bhabhi Nidhi Saraf for helping me defy odds and stand tall amidst all the uncertainties besides my friends and extended family. A special mention to my mentor Mr. Rishabh Singh Loomba, for always guiding me, calming my storms, empowering me spiritually. My dear friend Arun Sharma has also been of a great help. I think it is very essential to thank the people who ensure you have a seamless journey, who continue to lend their unwavering support. I still remember travelling to college with just 16 rupees in hand, surviving the entire day with a 6 rupee bhel. My parents have endured alot. Due to family turmoil, my father was clinically depressed, at home for a brief period but my mom and sister empowered me always. I started with my first job at the age of 18, managing my first year of College back in 2013. Actually because of that I now come with an expertise of 9 years in the digital industry, just at the age of 26. Struggles do make us stronger. One should never shy away from their struggles. I own my journey and am proud of it. I am not going to decorate my journey or shy away from the problems faced. Our struggles make us unique. One thing that my mother constantly maintained was that do not lower your standards or stoop down to the level of people who cheated you or did you wrong. Karma has its own course.”
She further added, “I would like to encourage girls to pursue their dreams and never give a damn about what society says because success changes the way people treat you but never forget those who held your hand when you were struggling. Most importantly, in a society where women are asked to suppress their voices and act in a certain way, it is definitely going to be challenging to ignore those voices who call you out but later those voices shall turn into appreciations and it will be worth the wait. My journey from travelling to College with 6 rupees to graduating from one of the most premier institutions of the country, purely based on merit, has been struggle-filled yet enriching one. I still recall passing entrance exam, studying with a single book wherein people spent lakhs in coaching instituitions. Hardwork always pays off. Ups and downs are a part of life, there are days wherein I end up losing faith, wherein I find myself in an emotional turmoil but my family keeps me sane. Never give up, especially when you are a talented, creative individual.”
Vaishali has also been an integral part of the marketing of Chhichhore, Super 30, have worked on content for Excel Entertainment, Balaji Telefilms, Nadiadwala Grandson, Reliance Entertainment amongst others. She continues to be the voice behind eminent celebrities, industrialists and brands.
