An FIR was registered by the Parner Police Station, Ahmednagar against the Accused person as per Protection Of Children From Sexual Offences Rules under sections 3,4,5,(J)(2)(L),6,42 and 376(2)(N) of the Indian Penal Code in 2020.
The Joint District Judge & Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar acquitted the Accused on 23/03/2022 due to lack of evidence.
The Accused was Represented by Adv. Shivajirao Karale Patil, Adv.Karuna Shinde and Adv.Sattyajeet Karale Patil before the court.
It was submitted before the court that this offence had been registered because of political rivalry. The DNA report doesn’t match. Also, there is a lack of evidence.
Defence lawyer Karale Patil also submitted that the accused is innocent and has no relation with this offence. He is being pulled into the case just because of political rivalry in the village.
It was also submitted that the FIR has been registered with Civil Hospital and not directly with the Police Station, which shows Malafied’s intention for the Complaint.
