Celebrity Singer Santasree Bhattacharya (World Book of Star Records Brand Ambassad) honoured with Legend “Dadasaheb Phalke Award 2022” for distinguished contribution in the field of Music Program organized by K.C. Foundation on 4th May 2022 at Andheri, Mumbai Mayor Hall.
Santsree Bhattacharya started pursuing music at the age of three. She completed her M.Muse (master of music) in classical vocal from Kolkata at the age of seventeen. She was honoured with the Rashtrapati award at the age of eight. She is the disciple and co-singer of Padma Shree Bhajan Samrat Shri Anup Jalota Ji. She has performed for and was blessed by great legendary music directors Khayyam Ji, Ravindra Jain Ji, and Sameer Sen Ji. She has been a part of many shows as a judge with legendary music director Jatin Pandit Ji, Dance master of the Bollywood industry Saroj Khan Ji. She has achieved many prestigious awards such as “Best young personality in cultural field” (given by great singer Amit Kumarji son of legendary singer Kishore Kumar Ji), “Human rights award”, “Babasaheb novelty award”, “suron ki Badshah” “Corona warrior award”, and many more. She has performed for AIR and DOORDARSHAN Kolkata and Tripura. She has Completed near about 2000 stage shows in the country and abroad. She has been the founder and organizer of “Prayaas Music Academy” and “Prayaas Musical Events for the last 20 yrs. She has performed abroad in many countries like the USA, EAST AFRICA, and DUBAI. She also has a heartfelt attachment to animals and nature. She received near about 510 awards National and International.
Those who made remarkable contributions to Indian films and their progress were honoured with this award. This time too many celebrities attended the function. Many celebrities, including Clava’s MLA Bharti Lovekar, International Motivational Speaker Kumar, and Gajendra Chauhan, were present here. Bollywood singer Ritu Pathak narrated this Jalebi Bai, and celebrities like actor Manoj Joshi, Ali Khan, Arun Bashi, Ehsan Qureshi, Tinu Verma, Aarti Nagpal, Rajkumar Kanojia, Shyam Lal, lyricist Sudhakar Sharma, Haryanvi singer DC Madana were also present here.
