Holi, also known as the festival of colours or the festival of sharing love, is a religious occasion celebrated with much pomp. It is considered the second biggest Hindu festival after Diwali, and the celebrations last for two days – Choti Holi or Holika Dahan and Dhulandi or Rangwali Holi. It marks the celebration of the victory of good over evil. Holi celebrates the arrival of spring, the end of winter, the blossoming of love, and for many, it is a festive day to meet others, play and laugh, forget and forgive, and repair broken relationships. Holi is the most energetic Indian festival, filled with fun and good humour. The primary way it’s celebrated is with the use of colored powder and water. This coloured powder is thrown into the air, thrown at people, and even physically rubbed onto people’s faces. For the water, this is thrown with buckets, water balloons, sprayed with hoses, and can even come from showerheads spraying from all around.
On this auspicious day, a photo shoot was organized on the theme of Holi in Lucknow. Many artists of their respective fields attended the event and added colours of happiness and joy to this festival of colours. This event was not only for commercial reasons but to bring people together and celebrate this joyous festival. The event was presented by 1ClickDigital and Deep Sachar. The venue partner of the event was Diamond Resort. Anchor Zain and Rahul Pandey organized the event. The direction was done by Saurabh Pandey. The celebrity guest of the event was Akash Chowdhary. Photography was done by Prakash Films, while videography was done by Farman and Sahil. The event was graced with the presence of Wamiq Khan and Sanjay Singh, special thanks to them and UPAA. The event was also attended by models; Mr. UP, Shaheer Khan and, Ms. UP, Mansi Pandey, along with other models including Supermodel Saud Khan, Ishika Arora (Ms. UP 2020), Nishit Arun (Mr. UP 2021 2nd Runner Up), Priya Singh (Ms. UP 2nd Runner Up), Aananya, Rukhsar Siddiqui (Ms Hardoi 2021), Pooja, Gyan, Prince, Aman, Razzu and Daminee.
The atmosphere of the gathering was electrified by the poetry of Akash Chowdhary and Anchor Zain, which enthralled the hearts of those present. The poetry prowess of our talented guests grabbed the emotions of their listeners with poetry on a vast array of relatable topics. All the attending artists and models showcased their talents in their own unique manner and style. Food and snacks were also provided throughout the shoot by 1ClickDigital and Deep Sachar, with an afterparty also thrown by them. The photoshoot was carried out in a professional manner, and many ideas were put into action for the theme photoshoot. The event was made further memorable when all danced together to lively music and played Holi in oneness and harmony. Everyone enjoyed the dance and music. The event was immensely enjoyable for all participants and guests and will remain a source of joyous memories.
